INTERIOR FITOUT
Our interior Fitout process begins once the designs have been finalized by the client, we immediately move into acquiring the necessary permits and approvals from both client and the governing statutory bodies. As soon as the permits are out, work mobilization happens at the site. OP3 ensures that the work progress on site is in line with the approved projects schedule and we always enforce the highest HSSE and safety standards for our workers. Our clients are encouraged to meet our project managers on regular periodic intervals to be kept updated on the workflow and it's quality. We always ensure that the interior fit-outs are done seamlessly and in the most systematic manner. We make sure that the transition from the completed project to handover is done with precision and in the least time from all the governing bodies
